Emily’s Book Illustrations

New Zealand Fairyland: A Story of the Caves is a children’s book written by Emily Harris’s Nile Street neighbour Sarah Rebecca Moore (1846-1929) that was published in 1909 (Auckland: Brett Printing and Publishing, 1909). Emily provided illustrations for the book, some of which can be found in the Alexander Turnbull Library and are featured in the gallery below, with additional images sourced from Reed Gallery and Abe Books.
